Who is Alexandru Ionut Budisteanu?Versiunea în Română

Ionut Alexandru Budisteanu is a sophomore college student at the University of Bucharest. He has been programming for more than 9 years and has been involved in more than 50 software- and electronic projects. Alexandru is a member of the world’s largest association for computing machinery (ACM) and the world’s largest professional association for the advanced of technology (IEEE).

In May 2013, at Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in Phoenix, Alexandru won the Gordon E. Moore award along with $75,000 for doing a project about low-cost self-driving cars. In 2015, Alexandru Ionut Budisteanu founded the company BIT TECHNOLOGIES RO and since then he is the CEO of BIT TECHNOLOGIES.

Alexandru was nominated by TIME magazine as one of the world’s most influential teens of 2013

Alexandru is a Romanian Tourism Ambassador.
